Three Crashes in Three Years – Crash Law
The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) requires drivers involved in three crashes within three years to take corrective action. If you have been involved in three crashes in three years, your driving privilege will be CANCELED indefinitely unless you meet specific requirements.
To prevent cancellation or to reinstate your license if it has already been canceled, you must complete the steps below in accordance with Section 322.0261, Florida Statutes.
HOW THE 3-N-3 PROGRAM WORKS

Complete the 12-Hour Course
Enroll in and complete a Florida 12-hour 3-N-3 Driver Change course, or the 12-hour Advanced Driver Improvement (ADI) course.

Take 4 Hours of Driving Lessons
Schedule and complete 4 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction with North Central Florida Driving Academy under the 3-in-3 Crash Law program.

Pass the Extended Road Test
After completing the course and driving lessons, take the Extended Road Test at your local DMV. Pass and get your license reinstated!
